CLEVELAND – June 29, 2025. Cleveland commercial energy brokerage, Integrity Energy, has been recognized as one of the top places to work by the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Established in 2006, the Cleveland Plain Dealer Top Workplaces award recognizes the best employers across 11 counties in Northeast Ohio. Integrity Energy is very proud to be receiving this prestigious award for the second year in a row. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists from across the Greater Cleveland area.

What Is the Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Top Workplace Award?
The Top Workplaces award was designed to honor and celebrate local businesses that create a company culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction and growth.
The Cleveland Plain Dealer accepts both employer and employee nominations from local businesses across eleven counties in Northeast Ohio. This year, hundreds of companies, schools, nonprofits, and other local employers participated with an employee engagement survey. This anonymous survey assesses employee engagement and company leadership as well as employee essentials such as salary, benefits, training, and career opportunities.
After surveys are completed, officials at the Cleveland Plain Dealer review the results, awarding employers that foster a happy, motivated workforce that has opportunities to grow.
Integrity Energy’s Company Highlights: 2024-2025
Over the past year, Integrity Energy has grown considerably – in employees, departments, and subsidiary companies. Our internal Marketing and Data teams have doubled in size while our Sales Department established a new team dedicated to boutique commercial energy services. During this growing period, our leadership also launched a third brand called Captifi, a health insurance brokerage focused on self-funded solutions.
To support this growth, we expanded our sales team and launched white glove consulting services for enterprise clients. We also spent the year growing our commercial and residential supplier networks for Integrity Energy and Price to Compare, allowing us to serve a wider range of customers. Both of our energy brands also received full website redesigns, creating a better platform to support our customers with easy-to-find resources.
A Supportive, Growth-Focused Workplace Culture
Even with fast-paced organizational changes, our leadership made sure that we took time for team building, celebrating employee milestones, and creating motivating competitions.
Our management team hosts quarterly team-building events, taking employees out for a fun meal, recreational activities, or other events. Our workforce also celebrates holidays with all-hands company barbecues, lunches, and other events to create greater connections.
