The Opportunity

The Lead SEO Strategist will develop and manage ongoing SEO strategies, drive tactical execution and implement SEO best practices. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for improving SEO performance and supporting customer acquisition for the company’s two brands/websites. The Lead SEO Strategist’s mission is to maximize conversion focused inbound traffic from organic search and support integrated strategies across the organizations digital properties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies based on business goals and performance
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to inform content strategies and maximize search visibility
  • Identify opportunities to improve authority through integrated content and asset development
  • Conduct technical audits and troubleshoot accessibility issues
  • Research and analyze industry changes and developments in SEO techniques, tools and methodologies and adjusts strategies as needed
  • Monitor analytics and search tools to measure performance, identify and report on issues, and provide ongoing recommendations
  • Ensure alignment between Social Media, Paid Search and other integrated strategies
  • Ensures SEO best practices are applied within marketing and development team activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience directly related to managing SEO programs
  • Strong proficiency of SEO applications, tools, and web analytics packages
  • Able to generate insights from analytical data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proficient knowledge of website development and structure
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

The Senior Graphic Designer will use strong creative and visual communication skills to craft enjoyable user experiences and design a variety of marketing materials across our portfolio of brands. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for producing high quality designs, establishing and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. The goal of the Senior Graphic Designer is to enhance the brand strategy and visually embody each brand’s character to generate a deeper level of engagement.

  • Design a range of marketing materials including websites, landing pages, emails, assets for social media, presentations, digital ads, and sales collateral
  • Establish design guidelines and ensure that brand standards are met across all materials
  • Work with cross-functional teams including SEO, PPC, sales, development and content
  • Utilize best practices and standards for mobile and web-based applications
  • Develop and design concepts and testing strategies to improve program performance
  • Monitor competitor initiatives and industry trends to inform our visual assets strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in both print and digital design
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a track record of delivering results
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to be flexible when managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong background in digital design with a general understanding of web development
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Customer first approach, background in UX a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

Integrity Energy is one of the largest energy consulting firms in the industry. We have relationships with over 30 different suppliers and have over 40,000 current customers. We are looking for the next rock star to come in, learn how we sell, and then move up the ranks to be part of our management staff.

WHAT WE DO

We specialize in helping commercial and industrial customers choose a competitive energy supply company to reduce their energy costs. We cold-call commercial customers across the country to sell electricity and natural gas. This is a very competitive market, and you must be able to sell over the phone.

The right person must be:

  • Aggressive
  • Hunter mentality
  • Think quick on their feet
  • Be able to effectively communicate
  • Negotiate with business owners
  • Confident

Base Pay:$12-$16/hr

  • Everyone is hired as a Lead Generator. This position is known as our training period where you learn about energy & how to sell over the phone.
  • Once there is a proven track record as a Lead Generator, reps are promoted to Account Managers. Account Managers generate and close deals.

$13-$24/hour plus uncapped commission.

  • *Our top Account Managers make $24/hour and they earn between $1500-$5000 each month in commission*
  • We offer Benefits, 401K, and Paid Time Off.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year telesales/cold calling experience required.
  • Previous experience selling energy preferred.
