The Opportunity

The Lead SEO Strategist will develop and manage ongoing SEO strategies, drive tactical execution and implement SEO best practices. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for improving SEO performance and supporting customer acquisition for the company’s two brands/websites. The Lead SEO Strategist’s mission is to maximize conversion focused inbound traffic from organic search and support integrated strategies across the organizations digital properties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies based on business goals and performance
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to inform content strategies and maximize search visibility
  • Identify opportunities to improve authority through integrated content and asset development
  • Conduct technical audits and troubleshoot accessibility issues
  • Research and analyze industry changes and developments in SEO techniques, tools and methodologies and adjusts strategies as needed
  • Monitor analytics and search tools to measure performance, identify and report on issues, and provide ongoing recommendations
  • Ensure alignment between Social Media, Paid Search and other integrated strategies
  • Ensures SEO best practices are applied within marketing and development team activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience directly related to managing SEO programs
  • Strong proficiency of SEO applications, tools, and web analytics packages
  • Able to generate insights from analytical data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proficient knowledge of website development and structure
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

The Opportunity

We are looking for the next rock star to come in, learn how we sell, and then move up the ranks to be part of our management staff. We specialize in helping commercial and industrial customers choose a competitive energy supply company to reduce their energy costs. We cold call commercial customers across the country to sell electricity and natural gas. This is a very competitive market and you must be able to sell over the phone.

First Stop: Lead Generator

  • $12-19/Hour
  • This position is known as our training period where we teach you everything about the energy market & how to sell over the phone
  • 300-500 calls per day with 95% rejection 5% opportunity
  • You get to know the ‘Integrity Way’ and we get to know you
  • Once there is a proven track record as a Lead Generator, reps are promoted to Account Managers, where they generate and close deals
  • Time-frame 1-3 months. The quicker you learn it, the quicker you get promoted

Next Stop: Account Manager

  • $13-24/Hour + Commission
  • 150-250 call per day
  • Average account manager makes $40-45,000 per year
  • Top producers make $70-75,000 per year
  • Lead Generators assist you with sales
  • *Our top Account Managers make $24/hr. and they earn between $1500-$5000 each month in commission*
