We cold call commercial customers across the country to sell electricity and natural gas. This is a very competitive market and you must be able to sell over the phone.

First Stop: Lead Generator
- This position is known as our training period where we teach you everything about the energy market & how to sell over the phone
- 300-500 calls per day with 95% rejection 5% opportunity
- You get to know the ‘Integrity Way’ and we get to know you
- Once there is a proven track record as a Lead Generator, reps are promoted to Account Managers, where they generate and close deals
- Time-frame 1-3 months. The quicker you learn it, the quicker you get promoted
Next Stop: Account Manager
- $15-28/Hour + Commission
- 150-250 call per day
- Average account manager makes $45-50,000 per year
- Top producers make $80-90,000 per year
- Lead Generators and Digital Leads provided to assist you with sales
- *Our top Account Managers make $30/hr. and they earn between $1500-$5000 each month in commission*
